You will find a charming house of character with full modern equipment! The private pool offers you a breath taking view over the mountains and Lake Annecy. So, you are warned, it will be difficult for you to leave the sunbeds!

Some useful information
All the bedding is provided. Towels too! Just make sure you bring your towels for the pool! We make sure all the basic cooking ingredients are available at your arrival. You will find all the necessary to cook good meals and clean your kitchen. We will always welcome you in person at your arrival, as if you were friends or part of the family. We will provide you with a phone number a couple of days prior to your arrival. All the needed information will be written in the rental contract: arrival time, address, location map... And don't panic, the house is equipped with WIFI.

The highlight of this holiday rental: the infinity pool in front of the door!! You will enjoy a stunning view over Talloires, Lake Annecy and the mountains. You will be able to relax in the sunbeds and swim in the 12m long pool. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, where you can relax, read a good book, meditate or practice yoga while your children play safely. There are two different terraces for your breakfasts or lunches, depending on the sunlight. One of those is equipped with a gas barbecue.
